K and I just got back from seeing Great Northern at Metro in Chicago. What a fantastic show! They were the opening act for somebody else (I don't even know the name of the other group, I was only interested in seeing GN), and we had to wait outside in the snow for about 40 minutes to get in, but they were completely worth every minute of it. I'm hoping that they can come by Michigan sometime in the future. If you ever have an opportunity to go see them, I'd highly recommend it. You won't be disappointed.
