Whatever happened to good customer service?

To anybody that reads this and would care, do me a favor. Boycott Best Buy and Blockbuster for awhile. I've had incredibly poor experiences with both stores recently and will not be giving them anymore of my business, and would like to see as many people as possible do the same.
